is now sort of Internet Explorer (6 on Windows XP) savy. That is – see the
examples, or get a better browser to see how it should
be.From the left we have Firefox 1.0,
Internet Explorer 6.0 & Apple Safari 1.2.4. Safari is the browser I built my
site for, being as it’s my site – I’ve taken liberties where usually (on the
path to cross-browser compatibly) I’d go with the simplest design – notice still
in IE my swish hack of a BinaryBonsai idea for a menu (below fuji) still hangs
to the left 500px out of place. I may need a nasty <If IE> hack to sort
that out. Right now, only 15% of you visitors are IE users… so suck it. No,
don’t- Upgrade to Firefox.
Please!
I’m currently upgrading the comments (now
Gravitar supporting), Search doesn’t (need) have a “Search” button, the (c)
notice now reads 1986 (birthdate) to 2005… it also houses an entry counter 100
to date. I’ve added some new CSS and transparent Flickr – which is set to
random. I’m using a New popup script that seems to like Norton Internet
Security. I’ve make little purple dots for the menu system, using Hudson’s css
to implement that. I’ve added a working 8px border to everything… Also, MoBlog
is now ever-present in the menu and at the bottom of my iBlog “home”. I’ve added
GeoURL 2.0 META tags, even though GeoURL 2 is
no-where. Comments now don’t display depressing (0)’s. Trackback’s are
only in Entry pages. iBlog is being a bitch so you won’t see this for a few
days.
this is an old post - the formatting may be jumbled
it may simply make no sense... i was young!
