Botang has been on TV all day on a dozen BBC panels defending Gordon Brown.
Gordon’s got the right idea - how else are we going to achieve the guise of
financial stability other than digging into the good work of the Labour
government (piggy backing on Conservative policy). Back to Botang, he wouldn’t
shut up - on every show he was being provoked with the same question “where’s
the money going to come from?” he couldn’t say “taxes”… he just couldn’t and
he should have. *stepping off soap box* Well, anyway… Kirstie Wark was
referring to the gap between Labour’s promises and what’s in the coffers. A
great quote anyway.
